The set menu, Monday to Friday
It exists on weekdays only. It is the quickest and clearest format for a professional lunch: a short choice, a service that holds, a predictable bill. On Saturday the full menu takes over, but the rhythm is no longer that of a business lunch.

A two o'clock meeting is prepared at the booking, not over coffee. Announce the time: the service is built around it and the pace is set from the first course. It is the one sentence that genuinely changes how the meal runs, and it takes two seconds.
For two, for four, or for eight
A business lunch is rarely held for twenty. For two or four, one table is enough and online booking will do. From six or eight, call: we will choose the space according to the noise level you want rather than the seats available.
Paying discreetly
Luncheon vouchers, Sodexo and Bimpli accepted, as are credit and debit cards, American Express included. An invoice in the company's name can be asked for when paying. If you are the host, say so on arrival: the bill will be brought to you and not to the middle of the table.
Central, therefore on foot
Boulevard du Maréchal Foch is within walking distance of Place du Ralliement, the castle, Saint-Maurice cathedral and Saint-Laud station. For a meeting with someone arriving by train it is the simplest address to give: every local can point to it, and a visitor finds it first time.
