Théo, chef at Les Variétés

Born in Angers, Théo trained in kitchens in the south of France before joining Les Variétés in 2023. He champions generous French brasserie cooking, quality cuts of beef, carefully selected charcuterie and a menu that genuinely follows the seasons.

A generous seasonal menu

The current selection includes starters, the Street Art Burger, market fish, roasted meats, a vegetarian tagine-style ratatouille and house desserts. Dishes and availability may change with the seasons; the current online menu remains the reference.

Lunch set menu

Main course — €17; starter + main course, or main course + dessert — €20; starter + main course + dessert — €24. Prices per person, excluding drinks. Served at lunchtime from Monday to Saturday, except in July and August.
