The service
The time you resume sets the pace
30 min for two courses, from the moment you order.
45 min for three courses, depending on the arrangements agreed.
And afterwards the group can stay on longer, within the agreed times.
Choosing in advance is recommended, but not compulsory. The kitchen takes orders from 11:30 am to 2 pm.

The proposal takes into account the group size, the make-up of the meals and how often you come. Bank transfer is possible for organisations and institutions.

How long does a training lunch at Les Variétés take?
Two courses are served in 30 minutes and three courses in 45 minutes, from the moment you order and depending on the arrangements agreed. State the time you resume in your request: the service is timed around it.
Can you organise the lunches for a whole session, or for regular visits?
Yes. A single request can cover several dates or a regular pattern, once or twice a week for example. The proposal takes into account the group size, the make-up of the meals and how often you come. One training organisation already comes to us two lunchtimes a week.
Do trainees have to choose their dishes in advance?
Choosing in advance is recommended, as it speeds up the service, but it is not compulsory: we also consider requests where choices are made on the spot.
Can we give a presentation during the meal?
Yes. Each room can be booked privately at no extra charge and has a TV screen, which can be connected via HDMI or AirPlay: 87 inches in Entrée Foch (13 seats), 50 inches in Arrière Foch (17), the Bressigny room (25) and the Salle Haute (30).
Can a training organisation pay by bank transfer?
Yes, bank transfer is possible for organisations and institutions. The terms are set out in the reply to your request, along with the menu, the time, the group size and the price.
How much does a training lunch cost?
The full group set menu is €34.90 per person from 6 guests, drinks not included. A meal with fewer courses or regular visits are the subject of a tailored proposal.
